Wayne County

Various locations along northbound and southbound U.S. Route 67 in St. Francois, Madison and Wayne Counties will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform guardrail work, pavement repairs and asphalt resurfacing. The improvements will extend from Route 221 at Farmington, Missouri in St. Francois County to County Road 303 in Wayne County. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, March 6 through Wednesday, Nov. 1 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. 

Route FF in Wayne County will be closed as contractor crews replacement the bridge over Rings Creek. This section of roadway is located between Route U and County Road 332 near Patterson. Weather permitting, work will begin Friday, May 19, with completion anticipated Friday, Aug. 17 with work taking place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state. 

Route 34 in Wayne County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform roadside work. This section of roadway is located from Route DD to Route 67 near Silva. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 19 through Friday, June 30 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.  

Southbound U.S. Route 67 in Wayne County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews repair the bridge over the St. Francis River.  This section of roadway is located between County Road 221 and Route FF.  Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 26 at 8 a.m. through Thursday, June 29 until 4 p.m.
