Route 34 in Wayne County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews rehabilitate the bridge over the St. Francis River. This section of roadway is located between County Road 310 and County Road 312 near Silva, Missouri. Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, March 14, with completion anticipated Thursday, Dec. 1. Traffic signals will guide motorists through the work zone. This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state. 

Route 34 in Wayne County will be closed as contractor crews replace the bridge over the Black River. This section of roadway is located between County Road 453 and County Road 459 near Leeper, Missouri. Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, May 23, with completion anticipated Monday, Jan. 16, 2023. This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.   

Route 34 in Wayne County will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews perform guardrail upgrades.  This section of roadway is located from the Route 49 in Piedmont, Missouri to County Road 219 near Silva, Missouri. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Oct. 24 through Saturday, Dec. 31 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
