Consultant Prequalification Requirements

MoDOT's prequalification process ensures MoDOT and Local Program projects are in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Subconsultant Requirements

Subconsultants do not have to be prequalified with MoDOT, however, it is strongly encouraged.

Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Information

The overall goal of the DBE program is to provide opportunities to participate in the economic benefits of highway construction to small businesses owned and operated by disadvantaged individuals.

Missouri Local Public Agency Program

MoDOT provides guidance for special funding programs and other programs that impact work performed by localities, and serves as a liaison to local governments who seek federal reimbursement for their projects.
