EASTBOUND US 60 in Howell and Shannon Counties will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement repairs and resurface work. This section is located from Route 17 east of Mountain View in Howell County to just east of Route 99 in the Birch Tree area in Shannon County. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, April 1 through Wednesday, July 31 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, including weekends as necessary.
Route 19 in Shannon County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement improvements, extending culverts and shoulders. This section of roadway is located from Riverview Drive in Eminence to just north of US 60 in Winona. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Nov. 5 through Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, with weekends as necessary.
Travelers on east and westbound Route 60 in Butler, Carter and Shannon Counties should expect temporary lane closures as contractor crews perform slope and drainage repairs. The project limits will extend from Route 67 in Poplar Bluff, Mo., to Route E in Winona, Mo. As work is underway, Route 60 will be reduced with a 12-foot width restriction at various locations. Short, temporary work zones will be set up within the project limits. Each work zone will be in place for several days before contractor crews move to the next location. Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, May 13 through Monday, July 8 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Eastbound Route 60 in Shannon and Carter Counties will be reduced with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement repairs. The following routes will be reduced:
- Shannon County: Route 60 from Route 19 to County Road 60C near Winona, Missouri
- Shannon and Carter Counties: Route 60 from County Road 583 to Route P
Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, May 29 through Friday, July 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
