Business 63 will be closed in Thayer, MO., as contractor crews replace the bridge over the BNSF railroad and add sidewalks. The closure will extend from Wyandotte Road to Front Street in Thayer, MO. Weather permitting, work will begin Tuesday, Sept. 15, with completion anticipated Monday, March 1, 2021. This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
US 160 in Oregon County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contactor crews perform pavement overlay. The route is located from Route 99 to Route FF. Weather permitting, work take place on Tuesday, Oct. 13 through Sunday, Nov. 1 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily with some weekends as necessary.
