MoDOT uses Oman Systems BidTabs Professional Plus for completing estimates.  This is a customized version of BidTabs Professional Plus specifically designed for MoDOT and consultants working with MoDOT.  Consultants working with MoDOT will be responsible for obtaining a license of BidTabs Professional Plus or being able to submit the estimates in a format that is compatible with the BidTabs Professional Plus software.
