To help make strategic decisions, meet Missouri’s future transportation needs and be good stewards of taxpayer dollars, MoDOT has developed the Long-Range Transportation Plan to serve as a roadmap through 2050.
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is required to develop, adopt, and implement a LRTP as required in federal legislation and regulations updated through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
