Innovation Description and Benefit:

The MoDOT TSMO Summit (October 7–8, 2025) united employees statewide to build a stronger TSMO culture through collaboration and innovation. As MoDOT’s first event of its kind, it featured interactive sessions and real-world problem-solving to deliver actionable strategies for safety, mobility, and operational resilience. With a focus on emerging technologies, mentorship, and cross-agency coordination, the Summit positioned MoDOT at the forefront of transportation innovation and advanced its mission to provide a safe, reliable system for Missouri.
