Innovation Description and Benefit:

The High‑Priority Unfunded Needs (HPUN) Dashboard is an ArcGIS‑based tool that modernizes how MoDOT and planning partners identify and communicate critical, unfunded transportation projects across Missouri. Replacing dense, static tables, it provides interactive maps, project‑level details, and summary views by Tier and need category, with filters for MoDOT Districts, Counties, and Congressional, Senate, and House districts—enabling real‑time internal updates and an annually refreshed public view approved by the Commission. This streamlined approach improves transparency, speeds responses to stakeholder and legislative inquiries, and strengthens data‑driven funding decisions.
