The Web Content Authoring Board audited Public Meeting information on MoDOT.org to improve customer satisfaction and service, resulting in a custom content type and search view that streamlines access to meeting details. This innovation saves time by providing customers with quick, 24/7 access to consistent statewide information, simplifies work for employees by centralizing updates, and enhances service through transparency and engagement. The product links meeting details to specific projects, includes essential information such as location, date, and impacted routes, and offers robust search filters and comment submission options. Since launch, it has driven 4,500 page views with an average engagement time three times the site average, reinforcing MoDOT’s commitment to accessibility, efficiency, and community trust.
