MoDOT centralized the MUTCD adoption project in Microsoft Teams, replacing inefficient email coordination. The project involved 15 sections, 109 tasks, and 75 employees statewide. Teams streamlined communication, automated reminders, and standardized workflows, cutting task setup time from 25 to 5 minutes and improving accountability. The result: reduced delays, enhanced transparency, and a scalable model for future projects.
