Project Summary

The Missouri Department of Transportation is implementing a project to address the aging pavement on St. Charles Rock Road (Route 180) from the St. Louis City limits to west of I-270.  The corridor contains numerous pavement deficiencies, aging traffic signals and lacks connectivity along and across the corridor for pedestrians.

This project has two phases. Phase one is from I-170 to the St. Louis City limits and phase 2 runs from just west of I-270 to I-170.

As part of the project, MoDOT will also upgrade existing sidewalks along the corridor to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
