It is MoDOT’s policy to assure full compliance with the Title VI Civil Rights Act of 1964. MoDOT assures that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity within MoDOT’s jurisdiction. Any person who believes he or she, individually, or as a member of any specific class of person, has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin, by a MoDOT program or activity may file a written complaint with:
