The 2026-2030 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) lists transportation projects planned by state and regional planning agencies for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2030).

MoDOT, working with RPCs and MPOs, has developed a DRAFT High Priority Unfunded Needs list to guide the development of projects into funded projects as state and federal transportation funds increase.

Missouri’s FY2024 budget from the General Assembly and supported by Governor Parson provides General Revenue for the costs to plan, design, construct, reconstruct, rehabilitate and repair three lanes in each direction on approximately 200 miles of Interstate 70, from Blue Springs to Wentzville.

Missouri’s FY2024 budget from the General Assembly signed into law by Gov. Parson provided $20 million of General Revenue for an environmental study more than 250 miles of the I-44 corridor from the Oklahoma state line to the Franklin County/St. Louis County line. This study was a critical step to preparing for future projects on I-44.
