MRCC is comprised of seven agencies - Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), Bi-State Development/Metro, St. Louis Lambert International Airport - Business Development aka City of St. Louis, City of Kansas City, East West Gateway Council of Government, Kansas City Area Transit Authority, and Mid America Regional Council.
