The bridge over Honey Creek on Daviess County Route 13 was replaced. The new bridge meets current standards, lifted weight restrictions and is wider than the old bridge, built in 1934. The roadway closed in May 2018 and reopened Aug. 31, 2018.
Due to deteriorating conditions, a project is planned to replace the decks of the following four Northwest Missouri bridges in 2022. The project will bring the bridge decks up to current standards and improve the driving surface.
