Project Description

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), working with its consultant Oates & Associates, is preparing for pavement, safety, and shoulder improvements of 6.7 centerline miles of Route 47 in Lincoln County from 0.3 miles west of the Route H/J intersection in Troy to the Route A/D intersection in Hawk Point in Lincoln County.   An environmental evaluation has been conducted to determine a viable design solution for this area.

Project Benefits

This project will be completed in an effort to improve safety and the overall condition and efficiency of the corridor. The proposed work includes the realignment of curves as select locations, the addition of paved shoulders, intersection improvements and pavement resurfacing.
