Written and recorded oral statements and exhibits can be submitted at the hearing. People can also review materials and make comments on the project web page beginning October 4, 2023. All comments must be received by October 14.
The environmental documentation prepared by MoDOT will be available for public inspection. Copies are also available at the office of Paula Gough, District Engineer, MoDOT Northeast District, 1711 Hwy 61 South in Hannibal.
