Plans are currently underway to replace the eastbound Interstate 64 and rehabilitate the westbound Interstate 64 bridge over Vandeventer in the city of St. Louis
Eastbound I-64 ramps at Grand/Teresa
Plans are being developed for a project, currently planned for late 2026, to make updates to the ramps from eastbound Interstate 64 to Grand Boulevard, Forest Park Avenue and Teresa Avenue to the north.
