The 2026-2030 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) lists transportation projects planned by state and regional planning agencies for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2030).

MoDOT, working with RPCs and MPOs, has developed a DRAFT High Priority Unfunded Needs list to guide the development of projects into funded projects as state and federal transportation funds increase.
