This process tracks and keeps record of the decisions related to revising the approved right of way plans and allows property owners and negotiators to communicate timelier. This electronic process serves as a living document that contains history related to the approved right of way plans the mimics the paper copy used in the past. With the ability to make revisions electronically and communicate with property owners, the approved right of way process saves time and money. The work is simplified by creating clear expectations of the tracking process and eliminates the need for multiple documents.
