WILL THERE BE RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITIONS?

MoDOT will need to purchase some property and/or obtain permanent and temporary easements in order to construct the additional lane through the project limits. A Right of Way representative will be contacting affected landowners during the summer of 2022 to begin the acquisition process.

PROJECT COST

The estimated cost of this project is $1.5 million.
