This innovation uses Google Maps as a shared, cloud-based platform to manage active and potential permit locations. Through a designated shared account, users can drop pins with key details—such as permit numbers and contact information—accessible instantly on both desktop and mobile devices for field navigation. Pins can be updated or removed as permits close, enabling real-time collaboration and streamlined data management. This system enhances coordination, improves efficiency, and provides hands-free navigation for field operations.
