The Long-Term Field Condition Tracker enhances MoDOT’s Risk-Based Assessment process by providing a structured way to document and reference long-term field conditions for future work planning. Built as an Excel-based tool, it allows crews to log conditions, review historical data, and apply proven controls—reducing risk and improving situational awareness. Future integration into the MoDOT Management System will create a scalable, standardized database, transforming condition documentation from reactive reporting to proactive planning and strengthening workforce safety.
