Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Meetings for the Remainder of 2020

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission has announced dates and locations for its monthly meetings for the remainder of 2020. The Commission normally meets in Jefferson City during the legislative session, and then moves around the state the rest of the year to hear about regional transportation priorities. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MHTC has decided to keep its June and July meetings in Jefferson City.

NOTE: This schedule is subject to change as warranted by efforts to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

June 3 - Jefferson City

July 8 - Jefferson City

August 12 - Jefferson City (ELECTRONIC BALLOT)

September 2 - New London (Ralls County Courthouse)

October 7 - St. Charles (MSHP Troop C Headquarters)

November 5 - Springfield (Oasis Hotel and Convention Center)

December 2 - Kansas City (Hotel Phillips)
