Innovation Description and Benefit:

The line cleaner is used to blow air, cleaning the line off before painting.  This removes all debris such as dirt, rocks, sticks, etc.  By blowing away debris, the line quality is increased and will allow the line to last longer and keep the public safer with lines that are visible and more reflective.
