Clinton County US Route 69 and Route 116 Intersection Improvement Phase 3

Plans for phase 3 of construction of project J1S3341, intersection improvements in Clinton County at the intersection of Route 116 and US Route 69

The south leg of U.S. Route 69, noted in yellow to the south of the roundabout in the photo above, will be constructed.

During Phase 3:

Route 116 and U.S. Route 69 north of Route 116 will be open to two-way traffic.
U.S. Route 69 south of Route 116 will be closed

Please note the areas in red in the photo above. These are the truck aprons for the roundabout.
