The project consisted of installing new driving surfaces on Route 19, between the Missouri River Bridge and just south of Route H, and on Route 100, between Route 19 and just east of Reserve Street.

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission approved a contract with Magruder Paving, LLC, which submitted the low bid of $471,641.79.
