Project highlights:

  • New interchange at U.S. Route 60 and Webster County Route C/K to improve safety and traffic flow
  • Realign Route K to new interchange and connect local Garfield Street to new interchange
  • Construct Outer Roads for improved connectivity north of Route 60, from Enterprise Drive to Skyline Road
  • U.S. Route 60 Intersection Improvements at Clinton Avenue
  • Remove 2 signalized intersections and crossovers: Route C/K and Clinton Avenue
  • Remove 2 unsignalized intersections and crossovers: Skyline Drive and Lynch Drive
  • Estimated project cost: $30.7 million

 Traffic Impacts:

  • Lane closures on Route 60 at times
  • Narrowed lanes at times
  • During higher traffic volume, drivers can expect occasional delays
  • Crews and equipment close to traffic
  • Temporary partial driveway and access disruptions
