Residents who use Route D (Dr. Martin Luther King Drive/Page Boulevard) in the city of St. Louis were invited to attend an upcoming open house style public meeting to learn about plans for a 2026 project along the corridor. This meeting will allow the public to share insights, discuss concerns and provide comments, either directly to the engineers or through a survey. The Missouri Department of Transportation held the open house-style public meeting to share plans for a project starting in 2026 that resurfaces the roadway between Tucker Boulevard and Skinker Parkway/Kienlen Avenue and addresses some safety concerns along the corridor.  These concerns were gathered and discussed during two previous public meetings about this section of Route D.
