- Cedar Street CLOSED between Christian County Route CC and Lake Shore Drive
- Main Street CLOSED between Christian County Route CC and Tracker Road
- Winona Way CLOSED at Main Street
When: To begin Monday, October 5
Details: Contractor crews will extend Phase 4 into Phase 5 of the Christian County Route CC Roundabout Construction Project. Traffic will be able to use Rosewood Lane and Winona Way to get to businesses, but will not be able to turn left or right onto Main Street from Winona Way.
Traffic Impacts:
- Cedar Street CLOSED between Route CC and Lake Shore Drive
- Main Street CLOSED between Route CC and Tracker Road
- Winona Way CLOSED at Main Street
- Route CC OPEN in both directions
- Rosewood Lane OPEN south of Route CC
- Crews and equipment are close to traffic in areas
- Access to businesses will be provided at all times
- Drivers are urged to find alternate routes.
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closures/traffic impacts
Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
Contractor: KCI Construction Co, Springfield
The estimated project construction cost is $5.7 million.
The project is scheduled for completion in Fall 2027.
