Stracks Church Road and Interstate 70 Outer Roads to become All-Way-Stops at Wright City

MACON – Beginning on Monday, June 10, the intersections of Stracks Church Road and the Interstate 70 outer roads at Wright City will see some new signs. Due to crashes continuing at these intersections, efforts are going to be made to update them to all-way stops.

“These intersections will be changed to all-way stops simultaneously,” said Missouri Department of Transportation Area Engineer Erik Maninga. “We are hopeful these updates will help reduce the crashes occurring at these intersections,” he added.

Message boards are being set to notify motorists of the future updates that will begin June 10.
