ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The Gentry County Route B Zounds Creek Bridge is now open following a deck replacement project. Capital Paving & Construction LLC, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, reopened the bridge today, Friday, Nov. 7.
The bridge on Route B has been closed since Aug. 18.
Two other bridges are also included in this project -- the East Fork Grand River Bridge and the Middle Creek Fork Grand Bridge on Worth County U.S. Route 169. All work is expected to be completed by December 2025.
