Online Comment Period Regarding I-29 Bridge Replacement/Rehab. in Clay County, NOW - Oct. 13

CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking public input regarding Northbound Interstate 29 Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation over U.S. Route 169 in Clay County | Missouri Department of Transportation. The comment period opened at 4 pm on Monday, September 29. The public is invited to leave questions and comments on the project webpage. A public meeting was held on Monday, Sept. 29 at the Briarcliff Church in Kansas City, MO.

The I-29 bridge replacement/rehabilitation project in Clay County will include the replacement of the northbound I-29 bridge over NB U.S. 169 and the rehabilitation of the NB I-29 bridge over SB U.S. 169. Construction is scheduled to take place - January 2026 to November 2026.
