Brenda Morris, CPA, was named chief financial officer in January 2019. Previously, she served as MoDOT’s Financial Services/Resource Management Director since October 2007, and prior to that time was an auditor for the agency. She has been with MoDOT for 20 years and in state government for 29 years.
Morris has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Southwest Baptist University. She is a certified public accountant, a certified government financial manager and a certified internal auditor.
