ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The East Fork River Bridge on Worth County Route M is now open following a deck replacement project. Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, reopened the bridge on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
The bridge on East Fork River Bridge has been closed since April 21.
Two other bridges are also included in this project -- the Zounds Creek Bridge on Gentry County Route B and the Middle Creek Fork Grand River Bridge on U.S. Route 169 in Worth County. All work is expected to be completed by December 2025.
