This is a bridge replacement project at Cookingham Drive over I-435 just west of the I-435 and U.S. 169 interchange in Platte County. The existing bridge has reached the end of its service life and needs to be replaced.
Cookingham Drive will be closed for the duration of the project and a detour will be provided. I-435 will remain open to traffic. Drivers will be diverted up and down the ramps for bridge demolition and to install girders.
