Where: Jasper County Route H bridge over Duval Creek west of Jasper
When: 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Thursday, August 18-21
What: MoDOT crews making repairs to the bridge deck/driving surface
Traffic Impacts:
- All Route H lanes CLOSED at the bridge over Duval Creek
- All Route H lanes OPEN at night
- Bridge will be reconfigured as a one-lane bridge during repairs and will remain in that configuration after repairs are completed
- Drivers will have access to entrances at either end of the work zone, but will not be able to travel across the bridge
- No signed detour
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
- Drivers should find alternate route
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
This bridge is scheduled to be replaced along with Jasper County Route BB/Stony Branch bridge in 2026.
