Innovation Exchange Webinar: Project Bundling

Innovation Exchange Webinar: Project Bundling

Center for Local Aid is starting off the year with cost effective information that will help you stretch your money. It’s no secret that our infrastructure needs attention. But how can you provide that on a shoestring budget?

Everyone’s money is tight but the bills need to be paid and things need to get done.  What is the best approach to consolidate projects, save time, be cost effective and make the best out of what we have?  Money doesn’t grow on trees but here is an option—

Project Bundling!

As the number of highways and bridges needing attention continues to climb, structures posted for reduced loads are adversely affected by travel, freight movement, and emergency response times.  By using project bundling to award a single contract for several similar projects in preservation, rehabilitation, or replacements, agencies can streamline design and construction, cut costs, and decrease project backlogs.

Are you ready for opportunities to bundle projects?  Sign up to participate in the upcoming webinar and learn how you can bundle your projects into one.
