Kansas City area maintenance work for July 7-11

LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from July 7-11. All work is weather permitting.

CASS COUNTY

CLAY COUNTY

JOHNSON COUNTY

Route FF between U.S. Highway 50 and Route NN: flagging operation from Mon., July 7 until Wed., July 9, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.

PLATTE COUNTY

Route Z between Interstate 29 and Clinton Co. line: flagging operations from Tue., July 8 until Thu., July 10, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for resurfacing. RAY COUNTY

Route A between Route E and Caldwell County line: flagging operations and pilot cars from Mon., July 7 until Thu., July 10, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for pavement repair.

SALINE COUNTY

Route O between Route F and Slater: flagging operations on Mon., July 7 and Tue., July 8, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair work.

Route F between Missouri Highway 41 and Route M: flagging operations on Tue., July 8 and Wed., July 9, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for pavement repair work.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
