ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Transportation has contracted Capital Paving & Construction, LLC to replace the decks of two bridges in Worth County and one in Gentry County.
The East Fork Grand River Bridge on Worth County Route M is the first bridge scheduled for a deck replacement beginning Monday, April 21.
Traffic Impacts: During construction, Route M will be closed at the East Fork Grand River Bridge. Motorists will need to seek an alternate route during the closure. The East Fork Grand River Bridge is expected to reopen by the end of July 2025.
Once construction is complete, crews will begin work on the Middle Creek Fork Grand Bridge on Worth County Route 169 and the Zounds Creek Bridge on Gentry County Route B.
