ST. JOSEPH, Mo. –The Putnam County Missouri Route 129 bridge over North Blackbird Creek, located north of Unionville, is open following a bridge replacement through the Northwest Bridge Bundle Project. The Capital – Horner & Shifrin team, working with the Missouri Department of Transporation through a design-build contract, reopened the bridge on Friday, Feb. 14.
The Northwest Bridge Bundle is a Design-Build project which will replace or rehabilitate 31 poor-condition bridges in north central Missouri. The full list of bridges to be replaced can be found on the Northwest Bridge Bundle web page.
