What: Polk County Route D Bridge OPEN Over Piper Creek North of Bolivar
When: 12 pm Wednesday, November 27
Details: Contractor crews replaced the bridge deck (driving surface), installed new guardrail at either end of the bridge and replaced the bridge joints
Traffic Impacts:
- Short term lane closures and temporary signals to continue on Polk County Route D Bridge over Piper Creek north of Bolivar until December 6
- Crews and equipment close to traffic in areas
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes. No signed detours are planned.
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or construction delays could alter the work schedule.
