LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from July 15-19. All work is weather permitting.
JACKSON COUNTY
Interstate 435 northbound over the Blue River: two left lanes closed on Tue., July 16 and Wed., July 17, from approximately 9 am until 4 pm each day, for bridge joint repairs.
Intermittent lane closures at various locations, including I-435 between Interstate 70 and State Line Rd., the ramps at Three Trails Crossing, and U.S. Highway 71 from Mon., July 15 until Fri., July 19, for barrier wall sweeping.

SALINE COUNTY
Route TT between Missouri Highway 41 and Route AA: flagging operation on Mon., July 15, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm, for seal coating.
Route D between MO-41 and Missouri Highway 240: flagging operation on Mon., July 15, and Tue., July 16, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm daily, for seal coating.
Route P between MO-240 and Route D: flagging operation on Tue., July 16, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm, for seal coating.
Route NN between MO-41 and Route C: flagging operation on Wed., July 17, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm, for seal coating.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
