Online comment period for intersection/sidewalk cost share project in Blue Springs

Comments will be accepted until 4 p.m. on May 30

JACKSON COUNTY– The Missouri Department of Transportation will host an online comment period (ongoing) until 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, regarding intersection and sidewalk improvements on Missouri Route 7 from Shaw Parkway to U.S. 40. The online comment period opened at 4 p.m. on May 16.

This project will be competed in a partnership with the City of Blue Springs. The project will include turn lane additions on Mock Ave. at MO 7, ADA upgrades to existing sidewalks and construction of sidewalks on the east side of MO 7 through the entire project area.
