ST. CHARLES COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will hold an open-house style public meeting to share proposed safety improvements for Route 67 between the Missouri River & Mississippi River in St. Charles County. The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 5 from 4-6 p.m. at the Audubon Center at Riverlands, 301 Riverlands Way, West Alton, MO 63386.
As part of its Road Study Assessment (RSA), MoDOT investigated potential geometric, operational, and safety improvements along Route 67 in West Alton, MO, including the at-grade intersections at Cinder Road, Red School Road, Route 94/Richard Drive, and St. Charles Street.
Individuals can stop by at any time during the open house to view proposed safety improvements and speak with Route 67 project team members. A formal presentation is not scheduled. Attendees will also have the opportunity to provide feedback on the project by completing a comment form while at the meeting or online after the meeting at https://tinyurl.com/mt44h6ax.
