• Sunset Street Closed east of Glenstone Avenue in Springfield
• Crestview Street Closed east of Glenstone Avenue in Springfield

When: 8 p.m. Monday, February 19 until 7 a.m. Monday, February 26

What: Contractor crews to pave the approach to Glenstone Avenue (Business 65/Loop 44) as part of the Glenstone Avenue Safety, Operational, Pedestrian, and Pavement Project

Traffic Impacts:

• Sunset Street Closed east of Glenstone Avenue in Springfield
• Crestview Street Closed east of Glenstone Avenue in Springfield
• Glenstone Avenue (Business 65/Loop 44) Open
• Drivers urged to find alternate routes
• No signed detours are planned
• Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.

Project Information:

• KCI Construction Co., St. Louis is doing the work for a low bid amount of $14.9 million.
• The project is to be completed by December 1, 2024.
