- Signal improvements

- Improve safety and traffic operations by managing access
- Resurface and pavement stripe Glenstone Avenue/Greene County Route H from Stoneridge Street to U.S. Route 60/James River Freeway
- Resurface, pavement stripe and sidewalk upgrade Nature Center Way south of U.S. Route 60 /James River Freeway in southeast Springfield
