Interstate 70 Bridge Replacement in Jackson

JACKSON COUNTY – MoDOT is in the process of replacing the Prospect Ave. bridge over Interstate 70. This work will require the following traffic changes and closures through Friday, Jan. 12 (anticipated).

Ongoing closures through Friday, Jan. 12 (Extended from Dec. 22)

  • The on and off ramps from Prospect Ave. to eastbound I-70 will be closed

*Starting at Truman street, northbound Prospect Ave. traffic will be directed toward Paseo to access westbound I-70.

  • The on and off ramps from Prospect Ave. to westbound I-70 will be closed

*Starting at 12th street, southbound Prospect Ave. traffic will be directed toward Paseo to access westbound I-70.
