First let me again apologize for the delay in releasing the list of selected consultants for the 2023-2026 MoDOT On-Call List.
Linked, please find two documents:
- 2023-2026 MoDOT On-Call Selections - Effective July 1, 2023
- Consultant Master Agreement Information Request form
In the second document. If you’re firm is selected for at least one category, please complete the information request (Information for the firm & signer of the Contract for the firm) in this document to provide the information needed for the Master Agreement. There’s no need to complete this information more than once no matter how many categories your firm was selected. The Master agreement will list out each category your firm was selected.
Please email the completed request form to Modotoncall@modot.mo.gov as soon as possible.
