ST. LOUIS COUNTY – Motorists who enter eastbound Interstate 270 from Riverview Dr. should note the entrance ramp will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21. The ramp will remain closed through July 2024.
Crews will be closing the ramp for construction of the new Riverview interchange at I-270 and the construction of the new Chain of Rocks bridge over the Mississippi River.
There will be signed detours for the closure. Drivers who normally use the Riverview entrance ramp to eastbound I-270 will be detoured to westbound I-270, exit at Lilac Ave., go left over the Lilac Ave. bridge, and exit back on to eastbound I-270.
